Mgr. Jiří Hájek
Physiotherapist:
Neither injury nor a promising career as an athlete (rather the opposite) led me to physiotherapy. What could be fun, detective work and help at the same time? After inspiration from my cousin, physiotherapy sounded like the right combination. And over and over again, it confirmed that I had chosen the right one. It has become a part of me and continues to surprise and fascinate me. The more you know, the less you actually know.
I work mostly manually. For one thing, I enjoy it and who wouldn’t appreciate a warm touch, especially in pain? I’ll add some exercise here and there, because a little exercise never hurts. And if I’m brushing my teeth, why not brush the rest of them?
My goal and dream is to be as efficient as possible and to be able to convey that efficiency. To make the study of physiotherapy easier for all students, potential and current, so that they can delve into its ins and outs and thereby relieve more people of pain and suffering than I could personally.
