Mgr. Zdislava Hájková
Physiotherapist
My own long experience with the treatment of scoliosis led me to physiotherapy. Helping people to learn about their own bodies, how to approach pain, and how to solve movement and pain problems makes a lot of sense to me. I see each person as an original, where the state of mind and body merge into one. And even in my approach I try to maintain a holistic perception of the path to improvement. It is not for nothing they say, in a healthy body a healthy spirit. I thoroughly enjoy working with gentle manual work and complement everything with recommendations for movements that fit your lifestyle and needs. I am most often inspired by elements of developmental kinesiology and yoga.
